Fill this form when equipment arrives at the workshop. It opens a
visit, which is the folder every other record for this attendance goes
into.
Steps
- Pick the equipment from the list. If it has never been in before, leave
the list empty and type a new registration number and its
section instead; for vehicles also pick the class ('A' armoured or 'B'
soft-skinned) and type.
- Write the reported fault in the driver's own words.
- Set the priority: Routine, Urgent or Critical.
- Add the driver, unit, meter reading and condition if you have them.
- Tap Open visit.
The system issues the visit number itself and marks the equipment
In Workshop. You cannot use a registration number that already
exists.
