This page follows one casualty from the field to the workshop gate. The
buttons you see depend on where the job is in its journey.
- Dispatch (supervisor): record the recovery vehicle and crew and
send them out.
- Team on site and Casualty recovered: the crew updates
progress as it happens.
- Deliver & open visit (receiving clerk): the arrival step. If
the casualty was never registered, you register it right here. The recovery
job closes and a normal workshop visit opens in one step.
- Cancel job: allowed at any stage before delivery, but you must
write the reason.
Every step is timestamped, so the record shows how long each stage
took.
