Recovery jobs

This board tracks equipment that broke down away from the workshop and is being recovered. Each card is one casualty on its way in.

The stages

1. Requested: someone has reported the breakdown.
2. Dispatched: a recovery vehicle and crew are on the way.
3. On Site: the crew has reached the casualty.
4. Recovered: the casualty is hooked up and moving.
5. Delivered: it has arrived and a workshop visit is open.

Tap + New recovery request to log a breakdown, or tap a card to move it to its next stage. Jobs waiting too long for dispatch raise an alert to the supervisor.
