This page is one workshop attendance for one piece of equipment: what came in, why, and what work orders were raised for it.
The release button only works when every work order on the visit is finished and a QA inspection has passed. That is deliberate: nothing leaves the workshop unchecked. Record who received the equipment; the visit then closes and the equipment goes back to Active.
